Purchased products that are custom-made are not included in the right of cancellation and the right of return. This could, for instance, be acrylic, polycarbonate and foamed PVC, cut on measure.

When the product is returned and the right of cancellation is invoked, it can only be in cases where the product is of same condition and amount as when you received it. Therefore, always contact us before a product is returned, so we can inform you of the correct address. You can also return the product by refusing to accept the delivery.

When you return the product, please write the order number on the package.

When you invoke the right of cancellation, the amount of the purchase will be wired back to you on the credit card you used. When we, or our distributor, have received the products and controlled that it lives up to the conditions in a cancellation, the amount of the purchase will be returned. Please note that we do not receive packages sent cash on delivery (COD).

The expression ”unbreakable” in terms of guarantee, means that an electricity module is >2100 MPa after 10 years. Tests of the mechanical abilities are done on straight none-scratched samples according to the ISO527 standard.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small data file that is sent to the browser and stored there, in order for a website to be able to recognise your computer. All websites can send cookies to your browser if the browser settings allow it. Websites can only read information from cookies that they have saved themselves and cannot read cookies from other websites. There are two types of cookies: permanent and temporary (session cookies). Permanent cookies are stored as a file on your computer for an extended period of time. Session cookies are temporarily placed on your computer when you visit a website, but disappear when you close the page, which means that they are not permanently saved on your computer. Most companies use cookies on their websites to improve usability, and cookies cannot harm your files or increase the risk of viruses on your computer.

What do we use cookies for?

Many functions on a website depend on a cookie being placed when a user visits a website ‒ above all, we therefore use cookies in order to have a functional website. In addition, we make use of both first-party and third-party cookies in order to improve the user experience on our website and offer relevant marketing. When a third-party cookie is placed, this means that we have allowed a third party, such as a social media, Google Analytics or the like, to place a cookie in your browser when you visit our website. We do not see data that is collected in this way.

On our website, we use the following types of cookies:

Necessary/Technical
Technical cookies are necessary in order for the vast majority of websites to work as they have to. As the name suggests, they only have technical significance and thus no impact on your privacy, as they do not register what you search for on other websites

Functional
Functional cookies are used to remember your user preferences by remembering the choices and settings you make on the website, these can for example be your preferences in terms of language and font size.

Statistical
Statistic cookies are used to optimise design, usability and efficiency of a website. The information collected can, for example, be incorporated into analyses of which information is the most popular on the website, so we can gain awareness of what on the website should be easy to find.

Marketing
Marketing cookies collect information by following you on the individual websites you visit, and can be said to record the digital footprints you leave. Marketing cookies are therefore “tracking cookies”. The information collected is used to create an overview of your interests, habits and activities in order to show you relevant ads for things you have previously shown interest in. This way, you get more targeted content, for example in the form of suggested information, articles and ads.
